Soils & Recycling Services DBA as SRS is an ARS Companies subsidiary that offers soil stabilization, in place asphalt recycling, and dust control services for States, Cities, Counties, Owners, & Contractors throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.  SRS utilizes various products including but not limited to lime, cement, fly ash, magnesium chloride, and various emulsions to meet our customer’s needs.  SRS provides sustainable processes to enhance the life cycle of pavements as well as provide a way to utilize on site materials reducing project costs as well as environmental impact.
