Land Development Services dba as PDS is an ARS Companies subsidiary that buys, sells, and develops potential properties in the Rocky Mountain Regional footprint.  The vision for PDS includes the desire to promote LEED - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design type benefited properties in the region along with helping to create a long term sustainable environment. The company is managed by the current ARS Board of Directors.
